Driving In, Driving Out~

Another chalk-colored sunrise was just lighting the sky
when it was time to drive to work.

By the Pallet-Man's House I spied three moose heading up the back side of Newton Peak.
They may have been the same ones the Pilot Man saw a few days ago.

After playing working with excited 1st-3rd grade kids in the pool,
running in the warm, CaLm sunshine,
then watching some fabulous swimming at the March Meet,
it was time to head home.

As I rounded the corner I spied a red fox sitting out on the tundra.
He was kind enough to wait for me to change lenses and try to catch a picture.

He watched to make sure I was getting a good one.

As he ran his fur shimmered brightly in the evening sunlight.
It was so thick and such a pretty color!

Did you notice how the wind has really opened up that big lead behind him?
Another few months and all of that ice will be gone.....

  1. The fox is pretty bright red from the distance you shot your picture. Can only imagine how gorgeous he is up close.
